Policy

1. Appointment & Walk-ins

  • Appointments are recommended; walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment.
  • Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) may result in rescheduling or a shortened service.

2. Payments

  • We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and other available payment options.
  • Tips are appreciated and can be given in cash or added to your bill.

3. Refunds & Service Guarantee

  • All services are non-refundable.
  • We provide a 5-day guarantee on nail services:
    • If your polish chips, lifts, or peels within 5 days, we’ll fix it free of charge.
    • Guarantee applies only to the same color and design — not a full redo or style change.
    • If you request a different color or design after the service is completed, an additional fee will apply.

4. Health & Safety

  • Please inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or infections before your service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with contagious conditions.
  • All tools are sanitized according to state board regulations.

5. Children & Guests

  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • For safety reasons, guests are not allowed in the service area unless being serviced.

6. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
