1. Appointment & Walk-ins
- Appointments are recommended; walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment.
- Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) may result in rescheduling or a shortened service.
2. Payments
- We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and other available payment options.
- Tips are appreciated and can be given in cash or added to your bill.
3. Refunds & Service Guarantee
- All services are non-refundable.
- We provide a 5-day guarantee on nail services:
- If your polish chips, lifts, or peels within 5 days, we’ll fix it free of charge.
- Guarantee applies only to the same color and design — not a full redo or style change.
- If you request a different color or design after the service is completed, an additional fee will apply.
4. Health & Safety
- Please inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or infections before your service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with contagious conditions.
- All tools are sanitized according to state board regulations.
5. Children & Guests
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- For safety reasons, guests are not allowed in the service area unless being serviced.
6. Gift Cards & Promotions
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
